TEKNOFEST İzmir 2023
TEKNOFEST WIND BLOWS IN İZMİR AFTER İSTANBUL AND ANKARA
Celebrating Turkey's 100th anniversary with enthusiasm, TEKNOFEST hosted İzmir, the pearl of the Aegean, as the last stop of these great celebrations after İstanbul and Ankara. The festival took place at Çiğli Airport between September 27 and October 1, 2023. İzmir, where the finale of TEKNOFEST 2023 was held, hosted 1 million 100 thousand visitors during the 5-day event.
TEKNOFEST hosted many exciting events, competitions and shows. TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, which met with the people of İzmir with the most interesting stands of the event, also provided unforgettable experiences to the participants. In this unique festival, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM once again presented the "Metaverse: Adventure Island" simulation, opening the doors of the virtual world to visitors. Participants also had the opportunity to listen to the details of chip technology from experts and design their own chips in "YİTAL's Experience Area", one of Turkey's most valuable laboratories. At the festival, where a "BİLBUL Cryptology Contest" was organized every day, participants competed for the grand prize of a scooter. The winners received their prizes from Hasan Mandal, President of TÜBİTAK.
TEKNOFEST İzmir offered a great opportunity for those who want to meet the technology of the future. TEKNOFEST İzmir was full of activities such as technology and startup competitions, air shows, vehicle exhibitions, educational workshop activities, vertical wind tunnel, simulation experience areas, exhibitions and stage shows.

TÜBİTAK BİLGEM ENGAGED WITH VISITORS AT TEKNOFEST ANKARA 2023
The excitement of TEKNOFEST Ankara 2023 arrived in Ankara for the first time! The world's largest aviation and space festival, TEKNOFEST, took place from August 30th to September 3rd, 2023, at Etimesgut Airfield, where it welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors from Ankara and the surrounding regions.
Celebrating August 30th Victory Day with great enthusiasm, TEKNOFEST Ankara attracted great attention as the world's largest aviation and space festival, contributing to Turkey's National Technology Movement goals. During TEKNOFEST, TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal visited TÜBİTAK's pavilions, engaging with visitors and inspiring young minds through meaningful discussions.
TÜBİTAK BİLGEM's organized activities at the festival received remarkable interest. Events such as "Metaverse: Adventure Island," "YİTAL Experience Area," and the "BİL-BUL Cryptology Competition" provided festival attendees with unforgettable experiences at the TÜBİTAK BİLGEM booth. Additionally, the winners were pleasantly surprised with unexpected rewards.

TÜBİTAK BİLGEM TAKES ITS PLACE AT TEKNOFEST ISTANBUL 2023
As one of the world's largest aviation and space festivals, the 2023 Istanbul leg of TEKNOFEST, which is held every year with the concept of “National Technology Move”, was held at Atatürk Airport with great enthusiasm. TÜBİTAK, which took its place at TEKNOFEST from the first day, hosted its participants in its 950 square meter stand with its races, various events and exhibition products. TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal visited the booths and chatted with visitors and answered their questions throughout TEKNOFEST.
TÜBİTAK BİLGEM organized METAVERSE event, YİTAL Experience Area and BİL BUL Cryptology activities within the scope of the festival. At the festival, where a BİLBUL Cryptology activity was organized every day, scooters were presented to the participants who won the competition.
Participants also had the opportunity to learn the details of chip technology from experts and design their own chips in the Experience Area of YİTAL, one of Turkey's most valuable laboratories. They also had unforgettable moments by experiencing this technology individually in the Metaverse event area.
TEKNOFEST Black Sea 2022
TÜBİTAK BİLGEM ATTENDED TEKNOFEST BLACK SEA 2022
Organized by the Technology Team Foundation of Turkey (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology in partnership with TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, TEKNOFEST took place in the Black Sea for the fifth year.
During the festival, the Black Sea people who met with programs full of technology, science, aviation-flight shows, exhibitions, summits, workshops, stage shows and events experienced unforgettable moments. At TEKNOFEST Black Sea, which was visited by more than one million people, the Chip Design and Artificial Intelligence in Transportation Competitions held under the roof of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM attracted great interest from the participants.
Visitors to TÜBİTAK BİLGEM booth won prizes in BİLGEM Universe, Smile with Pioneers, BİLGEM with Questions and BİL BUL Crypto competitions.
TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan 2022
TÜBİTAK BİLGEM ATTRACTED GREAT ATTENTION AT TEKNOFEST AZERBAIJAN
“TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan” held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, enchanted the participants with a full four-day program.
At the festival, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM stand attracted attention with its activities, science shows and exhibited products.
At the TÜBİTAK BİLGEM stand, which attracted great attention with its activities and stand design, the participants examined the technological solutions exhibited. They also enjoyed the festival with the activities of "Mine Search with Detectors", "DOKU-BUL Screen" and "Metaverse Avatar Creation Booth".
TEKNOFEST Istanbul 2021- 2019-2018
TEKNOFEST, THE FESTIVAL THAT DOES NOT TREAD ON THE GROUND, STARTED TO BE ORGANIZED IN ISTANBUL
Turkey's first Aviation, Space and Technology Festival TEKNOFEST started to be held in Istanbul in 2018. TEKNOFEST, which plays an important role in realizing the goal of the National Technology Move, met with its first visitors at Istanbul Atatürk Airport. In its first year, 550 thousand visitors attended the festival, where competitions, seminars, shows and social events were organized in various fields.
Turkey's biggest technology festival, TEKNOFEST, which has doubled the number of applications and visitors every year since the year it was held, was held in Istanbul for the second time in 2019. Welcoming visitors from all over Turkey, the festival opened to Anatolia in its third year.
TEKNOFEST met with technology enthusiasts of all ages at Istanbul Atatürk Airport between September 21-26, 2021. TÜBİTAK BİLGEM was at the forefront of festivals with its technology, products, competitions and events.
TEKNOFEST Gaziantep 2020
TEKNOFEST 2020 OPENED TO ANATOLIA
Aiming to increase Turkey's human resources trained in science and engineering, the world's largest Aviation, Space and Technology Festival TEKNOFEST opened its doors for the third time. Held at the Middle East Fair Center in Gaziantep on 24-27 September 2020, the festival was held outside of Istanbul for the first time. There was great interest in the festival, where enthusiasm increased every year, from the surrounding cities.

Aiming to increase Turkey's human resources trained in science and engineering by raising awareness of technology and science throughout the society, TEKNOFEST supports young people who will produce the technologies of the future and contribute to science under the partnership of TÜBİTAK BİLGEM. TEKNOFEST 2023 is hosting a total of 41 technology competitions this year, with new competitions all built on the technologies of the future. Chip Design Competition and Artificial Intelligence in Transportation Competition organized by TÜBİTAK BİLGEM are among them.
