Within the scope of the BOTAŞ Corporate Digital Maturity and Employee Digital Competency Assessment Project, assessments were made based on the Digital Maturity Model and Digital Competency Model developed in cooperation with BOTAŞ Information Technologies Department and TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Software Technologies Research Institute (YTE).
Within the scope of the Corporate Digital Maturity Assessment, the Digital Maturity Assessment Team, consisting of IT experts, determined the current corporate digital maturity level of the organization and prepared a roadmap including short, medium and long term planned solution proposals and impact analysis of the proposals in order to increase the current level to a higher level. 42 Information and Communication Technologies employees were assessed by the Digital Competency Assessment Team consisting of IT experts to determine the situation to increase the current IT competencies of employees.
