Training and guidance services are provided in line with the digital transformation needs of institutions by using the Digital Capability Guides prepared by TÜBİTAK BİLGEM YTE. With the guides that take into account the conditions and needs of our country and take into account international studies, it is aimed to increase the digital maturity and employee competency of institutions and thus contribute to the development of digital institutional capacity. The guides contain information and guidance along with the elements and alternatives that are recommended to be taken into account regarding effectiveness, efficiency and information security.
