The contract for the Public Accounting System Project, which will be carried out with the cooperation of T\u00dcB\u0130TAK B\u0130LGEM Software Technologies Research Institute (YTE) and the Ministry of Finance General Directorate of Accounts, was signed on October 24, 2016.<\/p>\n
The Public Accounting System Project, which will constitute the first pillar of the Integrated Public Financial Management System, aims to develop a system that will enable all public institutions and organizations within the scope of the central government budget to manage their accounting transactions together. With the system that is being developed, it is planned to significantly simplify and accelerate public accounting transactions by developing a modern infrastructure based on electronic documents.<\/p>\n
The Public Accounting System will provide standardization and transparency, minimize user errors and support the transition to automated smart accounting.
