class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The \"2020-2023 National Smart Cities Strategy and Action Plan\" to be implemented under the policy ownership of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, prepared in line with the Smart City Maturity Model developed by our Institute specific to Turkey, taking into account the national needs and priorities holistically and built with the common mind of 1,023 experts from 530 ecosystem stakeholder organizations, was published in the Official Gazette.<\/p><p>The 2020-2023 National Smart Cities Strategy and Action Plan is the 4th strategy and 3rd action plan prepared at the national level in the world for smart city
