The successful first phase of the project, which started on March 11, 2020, ended on December 4, 2020.<\/p><p>Within the scope of Phase-I studies, current situation analysis was carried out in areas such as marketing and sales management, customer relationship management, retail product management, credit, card and fund product management, partner management, supplier management, financial management, facility management and human resources management, and digital transformation needs have been determined. In addition, solution planning activities were carried out and the targeted outlook was determined.<\/p><p>Within the scope of the project, there are targets such as contract production on demand, consumption from seed, product tracking and traceability, supply cooperation network, and holistic and intelligent management of predictable and random life events in agriculture. Due to its high complexity, the project adopts the corporate architecture approach. In the first phase of the project, which was carried out in two phases in line with the principles of Agile Enterprise Architecture, solution planning studies were completed, and in the second phase, the current situation analysis, needs definition and target appearance determination studies were started.<\/p><p>Within the scope of the project, with the participation of approximately 70 business experts in 15 working groups and approximately 25 experts from the Central Union of Agricultural Credit Cooperatives Information Processing Department and T\u00dcB\u0130TAK B\u0130LGEM YTE, a memory of the institution and ecosystem was created by taking all perspectives into account, and the current situation and the target view architecture. has been defined. Digital transformation needs were determined and digital maturity and integration maturity levels of existing talents were measured. By examining reference architectures and international examples from the banking and retail\/wholesale sectors, an architecture was created in which the talent and knowledge assets that will be included in the strategy, business, application, data and technology layers of solution and digital transformation projects are defined in relation.<\/p><p>The Agricultural Credit Digital Transformation Project, carried out jointly by the Turkish Agricultural Credit Cooperatives and TUBITAK, aims to provide significant gains for our country, which is a priority in the agricultural sector.
