Kazan\u0131m\u0131 (MSR-YK) Projesi, multistatik radar sistemlerinin analizi ve optimizasyonu i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilen bir benzetim ortam\u0131 modelinin tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bu proje, \u015fu hedeflere odaklanmaktad\u0131r: 1) Benzetim Ortam\u0131 Modelinin Tasar\u0131m\u0131: Multistatik radar sistemlerinin performans\u0131n\u0131 analiz etmek ve optimize etmek i\u00e7in bir benzetim ortam\u0131 modeli tasarlanacak. Bu model, sistem parametrelerini ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 sim\u00fcle ederek farkl\u0131 senaryolarda sistem performans\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirebilecektir. 2) Modelin Do\u011frulanmas\u0131: Tasarlanan benzetim ortam\u0131 modelinin do\u011frulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir test d\u00fczene\u011fi olu\u015fturulacak. Test d\u00fczene\u011fi, ger\u00e7ek d\u00fcnya senaryolar\u0131na benzer ko\u015fullar\u0131 taklit ederek modelin do\u011frulu\u011funu ve performans\u0131n\u0131 test etme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. 3) Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n Yap\u0131lmas\u0131: Olu\u015fturulan benzetim ortam\u0131 modeli ve do\u011frulama test d\u00fczene\u011fi kullan\u0131larak farkl\u0131 multistatik radar sistemleri ve algoritmalar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak. Bu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar, sistemlerin performans\u0131n\u0131, duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, hedef tespit yeteneklerini ve di\u011fer \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelliklerini de\u011ferlendirme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. MSR-YK Projesi, multistatik radar sistemlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve optimize edilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. BOSS, Orta Frekansl\u0131 G\u00f6vdeye Monteli Sonar alt sistemi ve \u00c7ekilebilir Al\u00e7ak Frekansl\u0131 Sonar (\u00c7AFSON) sim\u00fclat\u00f6r\u00fcnden olu\u015facakt\u0131r. Projenin ana amac\u0131, mill\u00ee imkanlarla birden fazla sonar sisteminin koordineli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve uzak mesafelerden hedef tespit imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunan Multistatik Sonar kabiliyetini geli\u015ftirmektir. Birinci tip, bas\u0131nca dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00f6zelliklere sahip modellerdir ve transd\u00fcserleri modem \u00fczerinde bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130kinci tip ise su \u00fcst\u00fc veya su alt\u0131 platformlara kurulabilen modellerdir ve transd\u00fcserleri platforma monte edilmektedir. SAM modellerinin temel \u00f6zellikleri \u015funlard\u0131r: JANUS Protokol\u00fc uyumlulu\u011fu, farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerine sahip \u00fcr\u00fcn tipleri (10W, 33W, 100W), kriptolu veya kriptosuz haberle\u015fme yetenekleri. JANUS Protokol\u00fc uyumlulu\u011fu, SAM modellerinin di\u011fer su alt\u0131 sistemlerine entegre edilebilmesini sa\u011flar ve uyumlu bir \u015fekilde veri al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi yapabilme yetene\u011fi sa\u011flar. HTKY, bir dizi \u00f6zellik ve i\u015flevi i\u00e7erisinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran kapsaml\u0131 bir hava trafik kontrol yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Projenin ana hedefi, farkl\u0131 senaryolarda ve ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131labilecek radarlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in gereken yap\u0131 ta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 tasar\u0131mlarda \u00fcretilebilir olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Proje kapsam\u0131nda tasarlanacak olan bile\u015fenler, \u00e7e\u015fitli radar uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere esneklik sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde tasarlanacak ve \u00fcretilecektir. Proje sonunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak olan tasar\u0131mlar, bir k\u00fct\u00fcphane \u015feklinde derlenerek sahadaki yeni ihtiya\u00e7lara g\u00f6re g\u00fcncellenebilecektir. Bu sayede s\u00fcrekli olarak kendini yenileyen ve g\u00fcncelleyen bir alt bile\u015fen d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc olu\u015fturulacak ve yeni alt bile\u015fenlerin geli\u015ftirilmesine olanak sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Projede \u00fcretilecek olan alt sistemler ve entegreler, savunma firmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 uygulama senaryolar\u0131nda kullan\u0131labilecektir. Seyr\u00fcsefer bilgileri, kontrol\u00f6r olmak \u00fczere kule ve s\u00fcperviz\u00f6r gibi farkl\u0131 tipteki kontrol\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma pozisyonlar\u0131na aktar\u0131l\u0131r. Sistem, t\u00fcm bu hizmetleri sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in u\u00e7u\u015f plan\u0131 y\u00f6netimi, g\u00f6zetim bilgi i\u015fleme, emniyet a\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netimi vb. hava trafik y\u00f6netim destek fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.
