As part of the cooperation protocol signed between TÜBİTAK BİLGEM and the Forensic Medicine Institute to strengthen domestic forensic analysis infrastructure, a workshop program was held on Tuesday, July 23.
The workshop, which took place at the TÜBİTAK Gebze Campus, was attended by TÜBİTAK BİLGEM President Dr. Ali Görçin and Forensic Medicine Institute President Dr. Hızır Aslıyüksek. At the event, expert researchers from TÜBİTAK BİLGEM met with forensic IT and document examination experts to exchange information.
During the workshop program, general presentations from both institutions were made, and detailed presentations were given on projects including artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, Forensic Analysis Infrastructure (A3), Ion Software, and Document Examination Software (FORDEX). Additionally, the delegation from the Forensic Medicine Institute visited the laboratories of the related projects to gain on-site information.
This workshop is expected to be a significant milestone in strengthening the cooperation between TÜBİTAK BİLGEM and the Forensic Medicine Institute and in developing the Forensic Analysis Infrastructure (A3) with domestic and national resources.
